[Problem]: S266 cannot read the temperature data on the cloud platform

【Solution】:

(1) Connect the device to the computer, open the configuration software, and see if the temperature can be read on the configuration software. If you can't read it, please check the second step below. If you can read it, please check the third step.
(2) Check the wiring of the temperature sensor DS18B20, refer to the instruction manual for the specific wiring diagram; check the “Enable” for each temperature channel;
(3) Check whether the device ID of S266 is the same as the slave address setting on the cloud platform; check whether the register address on the cloud platform is correct.
