【Solution】:

(1) Connect the device to the computer, open the configuration software, and see if the value can be read on the configuration software. If you can't read it, please check the second and third step below. If you can read it, please check the fourth step.
(2) Check the analog wiring. If you want to use the power supply output of S473, the wiring method is: DC Out'+' of the positive pole of the sensor, and AIN '+' of the negative pole of the sensor. 
Another thing please confirm Whether the DIP switch is in the correct position (mA terminal or V terminal);
(3) The range of the sensor should be set correctly on the configuration software;
(4) Check if the device ID of S473 is the same as the slave address setting on the cloud platform; check whether the register address on the cloud platform is correct.
