BLIIOT OPC UA I/O system BL205 based on next-generation industrial internet technology, is a distributed, pluggable, compact, and programmable IO system. It enables direct integration with SCADA, MES, MOM, ERP, and other IT systems, seamlessly bridging the OT (Operational Technology) and IT (Information Technology) layers. It represents an optimal solution for IO systems in Industrial Internet, Industry 4.0, Smart Manufacturing, and Digital Transformation initiatives.

The OPC UA Coupler BL205 features dual Ethernet ports to support switch cascade functionality and adheres to the standard OPC UA protocol. This allows for reliable and secure communication in industrial automation systems.

The OPC UA Coupler BL205 utilizes web-based configuration and operates as an OPC UA Server. It can expand to accommodate up to 32 modules of various functionalities including DI (Digital Input), DO (Digital Output), AI (Analog Input), AO (Analog Output), thermocouples, and resistance thermometers within the M-series IO modules.

Using a high-speed backplane bus, the coupler can manage up to 32 slave stations with a maximum scan cycle of 10ms when fully loaded. It includes built-in diagnostic functions for real-time monitoring of IO module communication status and provides a 2000mA driving circuit for IO modules.

The OPC UA distributed I/O system BL205 is compact and small in size, allowing seamless integration between IT and OT layers. It is suitable for data acquisition and control in Industrial IoT, Industry 4.0, Smart Manufacturing, and Digital Transformation solutions. This I/O system enables efficient connectivity and interoperability within the industrial ecosystem, facilitating the exchange of data and control signals between different layers of automation and information systems.
